When you place and order with us we’ll process it straight away. If there are any issues with any of the products ordered we will get in touch with you. You will receive an order confirmation email or text to let you know the status of your order. Once it has been shipped, you’ll receive another email or text with details for tracking with Australia Post.

When you place your order, we’ll process is as soon as possible and you’ll receive an email or text advising when it will be ready for pick-up. (Normally same or next day) Orders can be picked up from 363-365 Bridge Road Richmond between the hours of 12pm-3pm Monday – Friday. We understand if it’s urgent so special circumstances will be considered ☺ Please bring your confirmation with you (on your phone is fine) for proof of purchase.
